  subsubsection -> subsubsection* :: this removes them from
   the table of contents

  qcd-main has updated author list

Added files:
  added python script authors.py which will take a list of authors
and insitutions (an example is in qcd-authors.dat) and output a
latex-formatted list that is suitable for entry in the main section
of each write-up.  It lists the authors alphabetically, and the institutions
in the order that the authors appear.  The output is called "newlist.dat,"
and this file can be pasted into *-main.tex
